San Diego man: American Airlines imprisoned me

A San Diego man sued American Airlines in federal court last week, claiming he was told to "shut up and remain seated" after he asked to be left off a plane to get medical help. Turns out he had kidney stones, but, according to his complaint, the flight crew threatened him with arrest as he continually asked to be let off the plane. He finally made it to a hospital after being forced to endure a more than three-hour flight.
